Jenna has teamed up with Cassandra Hope to create wellness packages for Teams. They both share similar backgrounds in health and fitness diving deep into the science of the body through nutrition and fitness competitions. Focusing on the body wasn’t stimulating enough for these two, as they fell into the love of brain and gut health for optimal living. Their passion for overall health brought them together to bring to teams new concepts on how to maximize life.
Jenna is a HeartMath Facilitator teaching the science of heart brain communication. She likes to call it “Heart Training”.Through HeartMath training she has taught so many people how to self regulate, improve focus and productivity and help relieve stress & anxiety.
Once we can start to understand how our heart affects the brain. Then we can really focus on breaking down old patterns and creating new neural pathways. In a team setting it’s helping teams bring awareness to coherent speaking and listening skills so we can hold space for each other and get in a flowstate as a team for the overall goal.
Cassandra became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (with honours) in 2013 and chose a specialization in gastrointestinal health. In 2015 she opened The IBS Academy (IBSA) with her mentor, Dr. Murphy, helping people to recover from IBS using research-backed strategies to regulate the gut-brain connection.
During her time as Director of Operations at IBSA, Cassandra found many people were relapsing due to unresolved life stressors and focused her research on the nervous system. Teaching clients about their stress response and how it affects their health.
Her love for the nervous system and self regulation had her drawn to Jenna and HeartMath. They quickly connected their love for helping others with burn out, productivity, health and overall wellness not just nutrition and fitness.
