Throughout her journey in the health and fitness space she learned that talent isn’t what separates good athletes from great ones. It’s the ability to stay calm, focused and emotionally stable when the pressure spikes.
HeartMath helps athletes and teams train their nervous system the same way they train their bodies. Jenna likes to call this “heart training”.
Through HRV training she teaches athletes how to recover quickly from mistakes, sharpen their focus and communicate under stress, to perform in a “flowstate” with confidence under high pressure environments.
